2. Non-Profit Nature

RethinkStack is a non-profit community. Programs for small businesses are free or at minimal cost. The community sells no software and takes no vendor commission. Members take part voluntarily; the scope of support is agreed in writing before each project and is not a contractual guarantee.

3. Solution Content

  • Anonymity: Solutions are described anonymously unless the business concerned has given written consent.
  • Results: Results are described qualitatively; figures are published only when verifiable. Actual results depend on how the business operates.

4. Permitted Use
