Why RethinkStack exists

I am Trương Phi. Since December 2020 I have managed B2B backup-software sales for an international vendor, working every day with businesses on where their data lives, how it is protected and how it is recovered when something goes wrong. In November 2024 I was appointed Senior Inside Sales Manager and Team Lead.

Alongside that, I consult on AI architecture and IT infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses in Vietnam. The more I do it, the clearer it gets: the way the world works is changing fast — AI writes reports, systems process orders automatically, customer data is used in real time — and most of it is already available, free or very cheap. Yet Vietnam's small businesses remain on the outside, because nobody shows them what works and where to start.

Meanwhile many Vietnamese and international friends run exactly those systems at leading corporations in the US, China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Australia. They know what works and what only looks good on a slide. And many of them want to give back — to share the value they received with their home country and community.

RethinkStack is where the two groups meet. A non-profit community, working with heart, making a meaningful impact: small businesses learn from people who have done it, get guided implementation of proven systems, training in standard processes and data thinking, and a free website to start. And the destination I want every member business to touch is Agentic AI — a fully autonomous system, not just AI for a few isolated tasks; the applications are endless and can start from your own idea. I do not assume the community knows in advance what your business needs. What we can do is ask carefully enough to understand how you operate, then say plainly what is worth doing, what is not, and what you can do yourself.
