Community members build you a modern website on a mainstream platform — SEO-ready, fast, with a contact form and a guide to updating content yourself. The domain and every account are in your name.

What is included:

• A 45-minute conversation to understand the business, its customers and the goal of the site
• Design and build of an SEO-ready, fast website
• Contact form delivered to the business email or Zalo
• Domain, Google Business Profile and Google Analytics connected
• Staff shown how to update content themselves
• Full handover of accounts and source code

Format: Free. Usually done in 2–4 weeks once content is ready.

Customers live in three places, a leaving employee takes the list with them, and nobody knows which orders are waiting for a quote. CRM is the first system most small businesses should have. Members recommend and help you implement a CRM that already runs in many similar businesses, configured the way your sales team actually works.

What is included:

• Review of how the sales team currently tracks customers and orders
• Choosing a CRM that fits the size, with the real monthly cost (usually zero)
• Pipeline, fields and permissions configured to the real process
• Data migrated from Excel and Zalo
• Sales team trained in one session, with a short guide

Format: Free. Usually 3–6 weeks depending on the data to migrate.

AI is changing how large companies work, but most small businesses only see it in the news. Members — people deploying AI at corporations today — show you which step is worth automating first, which tools run at low cost, and build the first process with you so results show within weeks. Then keep going: from automating single steps to AI agents running whole processes on their own — Agentic AI, the real destination of AI transformation. The applications are endless: AI developed from your own ideas, for your problem, whatever your industry or size.

What is included:

• Identify which operations are worth automating and which are not yet
• AI assistant answering customers on the website, Zalo or email

Field staff work on their phones, yet data gets typed into an office computer at the end of the day. Members help the business build a lean mobile app that does a few essential things — take orders, capture documents, update status — connected straight into the CRM or ERP in use.

Format: Free. The first version usually takes 3–6 weeks.

Many of the most expensive technology decisions are made before anyone technical is in the room. The community runs regular sessions on AI, standard working processes, data analysis, business development and marketing from a decision-maker's point of view — and pairs business owners with a mentor who knows their industry.
